PetWell Solutions, Inc., a Delaware Corporation (“PetWell”), is the owner of the güdpetSM application (the “Application”) and the website located at www.mygudpet.com/ (the “Website”). PetWell respects your privacy and understands the importance of protecting the personal information you provide to us when you use the Application and the Website.

When you use the Application or the Website, we may collect certain information that, alone or in combination with other information, could be used to directly or indirectly identify you or your household ("Personal Information"). This Privacy Policy explains how we use your Personal Information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and it may not be possible for us to notify you of all such changes, so be sure to check back from time to time to see if the “last revised” date has changed.

Our Collection and Use of your Personal Information

What we collect

We do NOT knowingly collect any Personal Information from or about:

How we obtain your Personal Information

We obtain your Personal Information in the following ways:

  • Directly from you when you provide it to us by inputting information into the Application or uploading documents to the Application by submitting forms on the Website, such as your name, email address, mailing address, and certain information regarding your pets.
  • Directly and indirectly from you when you access and use the Application or the Website, such as Identifiers, Customer Information, Commercial Information, Internet Activity, and Inferences.
  • Directly and indirectly through third-parties, such as Identifiers, Customer Information, Commercial Information, Internet Activity, and Inferences.

We may use third-party service providers (“Service Providers”) to collect certain Personal Information, such as providers of payment systems and providers of analytics and marketing services.

How we use and share your Personal Information and for what purposes

We do not sell any of your Personal Information.

We will share your Personal Information with third parties when you choose to share that information through the Application, such as sharing information from your Pet Profile with a dog walker or veterinarian.

Specifically, we will share the following categories of Personal Information when you initiate or approve such sharing through the Application:

  • To provide you with email alerts and other notices concerning our products and services.
  • To help us understand the demographics and user preferences of our users, and to evaluate the operations of the Application and the Website.
  • To improve the Application and the Website and other services we provide.
  • For testing, research, analysis and product development.
  • To identify and prevent fraud.
  • To protect our legal rights and those of third parties.

  • If we are under a duty to disclose or share Personal Information in order to enforce or apply any contracts or agreement that may exist between you and us including this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use.

If PetWell is acquired by or merges with another entity, we will provide Personal Information to that entity, but only subject to terms that provide protection comparable to that provided under this Privacy Policy.

How long we retain your Personal Information

Unless you have requested that we delete your Personal Information (see Your Rights and Options below) and we have done so, we may retain your Personal Information for as long as we deem reasonably necessary to meet the Purposes.

Cookies & Other Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags and other tracking technologies (collectively, "Cookies") when you use the Application and the Website to automatically collect certain information.

Right to Deletion of Personal Information

You have the right to request that we delete Personal Information we have collected from you. We will comply with such request, subject to certain exceptions permitted by applicable law.

Right to Correct Personal Information

You have a right to request that we correct any inaccurate Personal Information about you. Upon your request, we will make reasonable efforts to make the requested deletions. If necessary, we may ask that you provide documentation showing that the information is inaccurate.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of the rights described above.
